Jennifer Hastings is a psychotherapist with over a decade of experience. She believes that mental health and well-being are possible for everyone. Jennifer is passionate about the idea that therapy is one of the greatest tools we can give ourselves. It can help us feel more confident, give us a better understanding of our relationships, and allows us to feel more connected to our mind and body.
Jennifer works with adolescents and adults who have varying issues, including: relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, grief and loss, adoption and life transitions. Jennifer recognizes the unique stressors that occur throughout our transitional phases of life; as a student, as a young professional, as a parent and as a partner, and provides a practical, down to earth style to explore fears and obstacles.
Jennifer is authentic, approachable, and values the importance of establishing a strong therapeutic relationship. She wants her clients to feel listened to, understood and deeply cared for. Jennifer creates a safe and comfortable space for people to discover how to live more rewarding lives and gain motivation to pursue goals.
If you’re searching for better relationships, improved parental tools, a stronger sense of health and well-being or an overall deeper engagement in life, then Jennifer would be great match for you. She will work with you to discover what is interfering with your having the life you want.
