Dawn Mayer, LPC
Dawn Mayer is a psychotherapist who provides a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where women can slow down, reflect, and better understand themselves and the challenges they are facing. She enjoys helping women navigate anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, stress, self-doubt, and feeling stuck or unsure about what comes next.
Dawn specializes in working with women navigating the unique challenges and transitions of midlife, including perimenopause and menopause. She helps women reconnect with themselves, gain clarity about what they want, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.
Dawn’s approach is compassionate and collaborative. She helps clients better understand patterns that may be getting in the way, recognize their strengths, and develop practical tools to create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.
Dawn also works with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild connection, work through conflict, and strengthen their relationship. She helps couples better understand one another and develop healthier patterns of communication and connection.
