We View Therapy as an Investment in You
Our fee is $175 per 50-minute session for individuals and $240 per 50-minute session for couples. Payment is due at the time of each session by credit card or an HSA/Flex spending account (HSA cards must have a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express logo on the card and be a credit card. Unfortunately, we do not accept debit cards).
While we do not take insurance, we are happy to support you in getting reimbursement from your insurance company for our services. Many of our clients have a portion of their services paid for through their out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits.
We can provide you with a “superbill” after you have received services. Your superbill is a specialized invoice, which includes the procedure coding, diagnosis coding and session dates that your insurance carrier will need in order to reimburse you. We suggest calling your insurance company in advance to see if they cover out-of-network providers.
Therapy is an Investment That Can Significantly Change The Path of Your Life.
You may have tried therapy before and were disappointed or didn’t feel a connection. We work to eliminate outdated models, support driven clinical professionals, and support the self-care of our clinicians, thus providing you access to the highest quality therapy as soon as possible. You deserve access to healing.
EXCITING NEWS! We have recently partnered with Reimbursify to make filing your “out of network” claims simple and hassle free. All you have to do is download the Reimbursify App and send them our “superbill.”
The app will alert you when the claim has been received by your insurance company and then again when you should expect your reimbursement check in the mail (usually within 2-4 weeks). That’s it! There are no forms to fill out, nothing to fax or mail, and nothing to remember. The best part is that the cost per claim is only $1.99.
